Brian Fournier’s connection to Pawleys Island began more than 30 years ago, when his family first purchased a second home here. What started as summer visits—many spent in DeBordieu Colony—quickly turned into a lifelong appreciation for the coastal lifestyle and the unique character of this area.
After earning his degree in tourism management from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Brian began his career in digital marketing, launching a company focused on helping local businesses grow through website design, SEO, and branding. That experience continues to shape how he approaches real estate today—understanding how to present, position, and market properties in a way that truly connects with buyers.
Now a Real Estate Advisor with Peace Sotheby's International Realty, Brian combines his marketing background with a deep knowledge of the local market to guide clients through every step of the buying and selling process. He believes real estate is about more than transactions—it’s about helping people find the right place to call home, or successfully move on to what’s next.
Brian’s path within Peace Sotheby’s International Realty has also included leadership roles, including serving as Chief Operating Officer. Through that experience, he’s worked closely with agents across the firm, helping them grow their businesses and better serve their clients. That broader perspective allows him to bring valuable insight, strategy, and support to every client relationship.
Outside of work, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife Lauren and their two children, Harper and Turner. Whether it’s being out on the water, attending local events, or getting in a round of golf, they fully embrace everything that makes this area such a special place to live.
Brian takes pride in building genuine relationships with his clients and creating a real estate experience that feels both seamless and thoughtful. His goal is simple: to provide guidance you can trust and results you can feel confident in—every step of the way.
