David Willis

David Willis is a real estate broker and brokerage leader with more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate, brokerage operations, and agent development. Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to helping agents grow their businesses through coaching, leadership, and professional development.

Before joining Peace Sotheby's International Realty, David served as Broker Manager for Coldwell Banker Vanguard in Northeast Florida, where he led recruiting, coaching, business development, and brokerage operations. Prior to that, he served as Broker-in-Charge for Keller Williams Innovate, implementing coaching and leadership programs that helped increase agent productivity and support the continued growth of the organization.

David's background also includes founding and leading SC Beach Real Estate, along with extensive experience in new home sales, property management, and brokerage leadership, giving him a well-rounded perspective on nearly every aspect of the real estate industry.

A former U.S. Marine Corps Sergeant, David's leadership style is grounded in integrity, accountability, and service to others. He is committed to fostering a collaborative culture where agents feel supported, challenged, and empowered to achieve their goals.

Outside of real estate, David enjoys spending time with his wife, Lindsie, and their family. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, David values time with his family and can often be found cheering on his daughter's competitions or enjoying life along the Grand Strand. For David, success is measured not only by professional achievements, but by time spent with the people he loves most.
