George is a native of Salisbury, North Carolina, and has spent his summers and holidays in the Georgetown-Pawleys Island area since he can remember, developing a deep understanding of the Lowcountry’s coastal lifestyle and real estate markets. Years spent on the water and in the community have given him an intimate knowledge of the area—from the creeks and expansive marshes to the barrier islands and exclusive coastal neighborhoods that define Lowcountry living.
A passionate outdoorsman, George is an avid hunter and fisherman whose lifestyle closely mirrors that of many coastal buyers. While in college, he worked as a fishing guide in the area, a role he continues part-time today. This hands-on experience provides a unique perspective on waterfront properties, boating access, tidal considerations, and the outdoor amenities that elevate a coastal home.
George graduated from Wofford College in 2024 with a degree in Finance, bringing a strong analytical foundation to every transaction. His ability to evaluate value, understand market dynamics, and align properties with client lifestyle and investment goals allows him to deliver a highly personalized, strategic experience.
