Lynn Carr

Lynn Carr is a seasoned real estate professional with nearly four decades of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout North and South Carolina. She has handled properties of every description, from charming starter homes to expansive estates, and believes no home is too small or too large for her expertise.

A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Lynn combines a deep understanding of people with expert negotiation skills to guide her clients confidently through every transaction.

Throughout her career, she has been actively involved in community and regional development, serving on the Dillon County Public-Private Partnership Board and on an advisory board for Methodist Church properties across Dillon, Marion, and Horry counties.

A long time visitor to the Pawleys Island area, Lynn and her husband, Carlton, made Debordieu their home to embrace the beauty of coastal living. They enjoy life in the Lowcountry with their Boykin Spaniel, Teak, and frequent visits with their son, Jim, who resides in Columbia.
