A Hartsville native, Megan Porter Grant has an extensive background in sales and a deep appreciation for all things Southeastern. A graduate of Wake Forest University, she returned home to manage her family’s business, the long-standing local gem, Minnie’s Giftique. There, she excelled in customer relations, trained staff in exceptional service, and played a key role in preserving the store’s reputation as a Pee Dee staple.
In 2018, Megan earned her real estate license and joined Coldwell Banker Deborah Gandy, spending four years pursuing her passion for real estate while staying connected to her community through the family business. She found fulfillment in guiding clients through the home buying and selling process while continuing to build meaningful relationships in the community.
Though Hartsville was home, Megan also spent much of the last decade in Pawleys Island, where her husband, Kevin Stump Grant, is a respected hunting and fishing guide. In 2022, she and her daughter, Claire, made the move to the coast full-time, embracing the Lowcountry lifestyle. Since then, she has gained valuable experience working with Peace Vacations, Peace Sotheby’s, Get Carried Away, and Mr. Water Heater of the Carolinas, further immersing herself in the coastal community and deepening her real estate expertise.
Now back in real estate at Peace Sotheby’s, Megan is excited to work alongside Sales Associate Lauren Fournier. With Lauren’s extensive coastal market knowledge and Megan’s dedication to exceptional service, they are committed to helping clients find their perfect home or investment property.
Beyond real estate, Megan and her husband share a passion for French Brittany Spaniels, raising and caring for eight of their own. They also enjoy doting on their two beloved cats, Hazel and Absher.
