Scott Paden

Scott R. Paden began his career in real estate after graduating from Auburn University with a degree in Business Finance. Following six years in commercial real estate, he pursued his passion for land and forestry by earning a Master’s degree in Forest Resource Management from Clemson University.

With hands-on experience as a field forester, Scott gained invaluable “boots on the ground” knowledge that laid the foundation for Paden Land and Timber, LLC, which he founded in 2015. His work focuses on timber sales, road design, wildlife habitat enhancement, and reforestation, helping landowners transform their properties into thriving, sustainable landscapes.

In 2025, Scott was elected Vice President of the Association of Consulting Foresters and is set to serve as President in 2026.

Today, Scott specializes in land sales with Peace Sotheby’s International Realty, combining his deep expertise in timberland and real estate to deliver exceptional guidance to his clients. Dedicated to fostering lasting relationships, he takes pride in helping landowners achieve their goals and make the most of every step in their ownership journey.
