Before relocating to South Carolina four years ago, Susan was a real estate broker and owner of Holmby Park Realty in Los Angeles, California. Prior to forming her own company, she worked for Beverly Glen Realty in Bel Air and Sotheby’s International Realty in Beverly Hills. Her extensive real estate experience working with both buyers and sellers brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any transaction.
Armenti has a reputation for doing her best to honestly represent her clients and diligently work on their behalf to achieve her client’s goals with professionalism, intelligence, discretion and grace. And while she has been a real estate agent for over 20 years, she is accomplished in other fields as well. In the 1980’s Susan was the Production Manager for Conde’ Nast’s Vogue magazine in New York City. In the 1990’s Susan was a talent- packaging agent in the Independent Film Division of The William Morris Agency in Beverly Hills, California.
Susan is the founder of the Bel Air Food and Clothing Drive. Her love for animals, especially horses and dogs, put her on the team of the non-profit charity TROTT, Training Racehorses Off-the-Track, which worked to find new homes and careers for retired racehorses. She was an official Disaster Services Volunteer for the American Red Cross West LA Chapter.
Previously a long-time member of the Beverly Hills Board of REALTOR® she currently is a member of the Carolina Coastal Board of REALTOR® and the NAR, National Board of REALTOR®.
