Kat Loftus is a NAR member with deep roots in South Carolina. From a young age, she grew up loving the coastal lifestyle when her family vacationed on the South Carolina Coast every summer. After graduating from Clemson University, Kat began her teaching career in Greenville, S.C. After meeting her husband Pat in Pawleys Island, she and Pat married in 1991 and have spent the last 32 years raising their four children, Patrick, Mary Catherine, Covington, and Anna Margaret in the Pawleys Island area.
Kat's independent spirit has served her well. She decided to change careers in 2015 and became a licensed NAR member with Peace Sotheby's International Realty in 2016. Since 2016, Kat has thoroughly enjoyed helping every single client while selling more than $20,000,000 in inventory including homes, condominiums, and land of every size in both Georgetown and Horry counties. Her faith and determination, backed by the marketing strategies of Peace Sotheby's has kept her on the path to success.
When she is not busy helping clients, Kat enjoys spending her free time pursuing her passions. You might catch her taking a morning walk on the beach with her dogs Macy and Duke, playing pickleball at one of the local courts, or cheering for her beloved Alma Mater, Clemson University. Kat's love for the coastal lifestyle is infectious and she's always eager to share her knowledge and enthusiasm with others. If you're looking for a NAR member who knows and loves the South Carolina coast, look no further than Kat Loftus.
